Hazardous Area Classification & Design 5 day
Compliance Training & Engineering – RTO Number 41014
5 days - Held at CTE facilities in Brisbane or Client facilities as required.
Typically a minimum of 6 people is required to run the course.
This course is tailored to suit the needs of electrical workers, engineers and technicians involved with the Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Inspection of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas. The course covers protection techniques, general installation requirements, additional requirements for specific protection types, maintenance and inspection procedures. Our courses offer several hands-on exercises to gain the necessary practical skills.
Upon successful completion of the course, a Statement of Attainment reflecting the completed Units of Competency from the range below, will be issued to qualifying participants.

Course participants will require a minimum:
- Electrical Engineering Degree or Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrical License) for award of Statement of Attainment.
- Previously complete a EEHA 5day or Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas and obtained Units

A copy of your relevant License/Qualification will be required to be obtained prior or during the course.
