Description
This course is tailored to suit the needs of electrical workers, engineers and technicians involved with the Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Inspection of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas. The course covers protection techniques, general installation requirements, additional requirements for specific protection types, maintenance and inspection procedures. Our courses offer several hands-on exercises to gain the necessary practical skills.
Competency Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, a Statement of Attainment reflecting the completed Units of Competency from the range below, will be issued to qualifying participants.

Prerequisite
Course participants will require a minimum:
- Electrical Engineering Degree or Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrical License) for award of Statement of Attainment.
- Previously complete a EEHA 5day or Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas and obtained Units
