HL Pacific – CTE Limited is a 66% nationally owned company incorporated and registered under the Company’s Act 1997 in Papua New Guinea. The company was incorporated in November 2015 to bring together an experienced local workforce in delivering top quality mining and construction services with our head office located on Lihir Island, New Ireland Province and another two offices located in Australia and Malaysia.

Through trusted partnerships and world-leading insight, we work closely with our clients to engineer, design, construct and maintain assets, plants, and facilities.
We manage all aspects of small to large scale mining & infrastructure projects to NML Town Maintenance and Community Projects including Electrical (Hazardous Area, High Voltage, Refrigeration, Instrumentation & all general electrical works), Civil, Plant Fitters & Mechanical, Steel Fabrication, Crane & Plant Operations, Plant & Equipment Hire. Who we are
L Pacific – CTE Limited team consists of highly experienced engineers, auditors, inspectors, trainers and qualified technical trades personnel engaged across major infrastructure projects throughout Papua New Guinea and Asia Pacific. Our engineering team holds RPEQ, Government accreditations and are highly qualified and experienced to perform audits in accordance with the Electrical Safety Act. We also provide high voltage and hazardous area trained electricians, instrumentation and commissioning technicians.
